Softest silence filters through
Cold direction sent to catch you
Where the wash of light reaches into
Woodland shelter dark and deep sooth
Lost in brush that kills too
One foot always three feet, ahead of me…
What you put me through…

To see my own face…
Peeking through…
Where nothings safe
I’ve found a way to blend
Into wood that waves
In the presence of a full moon

Silent so far, a pilot long overdue…
Destinations not seen clear though…
Reservations if not secured soon…
They could get away…
Away from you
The edge of outer space
Pulls Pandora’s way
What you put me through…

Tomorrow or the next day
Scrape me off my face
Your words cut on me
Little razors dull from use
The pain I do, I do it so
I can relate…
What you must go through…
As you wait…
For it to come to you…
first thing I've written in days
